A Florida man found out the hard way yesterday when he decided to go hunting near Lake Washington in Orlando with a few of his buddies. Apparently the pair of rifle tottin, beer belly busters peddled there boat over a giant gator.
This gator turned out to be 14 feet and 3 inches, the largest in Florida state history. It took the trio nearly two hours to pull the beast in. "He was running, jumping, rolling, fighting, and trying to bite up on my boat... I was thinking we got Godzilla here" say's the man who tugged in this beast. Alligators this size are very rare in Florida. The last time this record was set was in 1997 in the same lake by a man who pulled in a 14 foot male gator.
