Happy Meals Banned In San Fran?

Say it ain't so.  A law was just passed in San Fransisco that is going to ban the sale of happy meals, and turn over to more healthy foods.  According to the law, if your restaurant wants to sell a small toy with a meal, there must be a certain amount of nutrition that comes with the meal. 

I'm all for giving the youth of Captain Americas kids healthier food, but come on, where is the parenting? Parent's should be able to make that decision with their kids, the law shouldn't have to step in. They should still be able to offer the same meal, everyone craves a fattening McDonalds meal every now and then.  Kids don't eat healthy vegetables or fruits when their young anyway, their taste buds aren't immune to that healthy taste, at least mine weren't when I was younger.
